After winning SIH in 2023, we returned with Unfazed for SIH 2024. Our problem statement came from the Government of NCT of Delhi: SIH1612, Automated Bus Scheduling and Route Management System for Delhi Transport Corporation.

The team material framed the problem around the scale of DTC operations, including thousands of drivers and conductors, hundreds of routes and millions of daily passengers.

We won the internal DTC selection round and progressed through the institutional stage, but did not make the national final. Winning SIH 2023 had taught me what it felt like to succeed under pressure. SIH 2024 reminded me that previous success does not carry over automatically.
