Seeing the much larger system around hackathons, pitch decks and student communities.
I travelled to Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi for Startup Mahakumbh 2025. The event brought together startups, investors, founders, deep-tech companies, incubators and ecosystem organizations at a scale that was difficult to understand from the outside.
Walking through the exhibition made the startup ecosystem feel much more tangible.

I did not only want to build technology. I wanted to understand what happens when technology becomes a company.
